Notes from the Troop 979 Scribe
A new feature of the Troop 979 website are notes from the Troop Scribe. Currently Kenny D. holds this position in our troop and his thoughts and words of wisdom will be posted here as they are sent to the Webmaster.

December 6, 2007 Meeting Notes: On Saturday mornings Boyscouts and Webelos are invited to play basketball in the gym from 10:00 to 12:00. It is run by Mr. Kowynia and sometimes Mr. Doody and will only last during the winter season. (Days basketball will not be held will be announced at the meetings). Scouts should be reminded that Russ is asking for an activation fee of $30.00 per person before Christmas. He has to wait for everyone to give him their fee before he can turn it in, so if your late it will be a big inconvenience for him. -The Scribe
